At Body & Bra, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece; if your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Due to the intimate nature of our products, items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the hygiene seal has not been removed.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
